Frequently Asked Questions
When is the worship service?
Our worship service begins at 10:30 am Sunday mornings.
Where do my kids go?
When you come into the sanctuary from the East entrance there will be an information desk and the greeter will take you to the nursery that is just past the greeter station at the bottom of the ramp on the left. The nursery is for children up through the age of 3 years. The children ages 4 through 2nd grade are dismissed to Children’s Church from the sanctuary.
What should I wear?
We aren’t concerned in how you dress, just that you come! People who come to Mt. Olive dress in a variety of styles, but mostly casual.
How long does the worship service last?
Service begins at 10:30am and the service usually ends around 11:45am.
Will I have to say, do, or give anything?
We just want you to feel welcomed, so we promise not to put you on the spot. You can rest assured that you will never be singled out, be pressured to give anything, and never embarrassed. In fact, we do have a small gift for you – just to say thanks for coming! You can grab yours at the Information Desk as you come into the worship center.
What about small groups?
We have LIFE Group Bible study classes at 9:30 a.m. on Sundays and 6:30 on Wednesday evenings. We also have other groups that meet during the week. There is something for everyone. You can pick up an updated list of all our small groups at the Information Desk as you come into the foyer of the Worship Center.
